Just to mention that we have received a small stock of Dingač Bura and postup Mare in wine bar Basement.
For several years in a row it was declared as the best Croatian Plavac. Dingač Bura from Bura family is special wine in every aspect. Bura is wine of traditional and classical approach, which hardly enters the palate with international critics, so maybe that is why the family Bura considers this wine connoisseurs and admirers.
It would not be fair to say that the Postup Mare is smaller sister of Dingač Bure. This Plavac Mali from the neighboring hills is certainly different, but equally powerful wine. Despite the recent very low score (only 72 points) from Parker critic Neal Martin. Niko Bura’s sister, Marija Mrgudić Mare, is included in the creation of both wines, but Postup, unlike Dingač is something smoother, more modern wine, more adapted to international tastes.
